By becoming a contributor to the platform, users undertake in particular to ensure that the content of their contributions complies with current French laws and regulations, is not contrary to public order or morality, and does not infringe the rights of individuals or rights held by third parties.
In this respect, it is particularly forbidden to publish contributions whose content includes elements of :
- advertising or promotional material

Each contributor is solely responsible for the contribution he/she has posted as part of his/her participation in the platform (idea or comment); iD CITY and the University of La Rochelle cannot be held liable in this respect. Thus, the contributor guarantees iD CITY and the Université de La Rochelle against any action or claim from a third party whose object or cause, whether principal or accessory, is the contribution made.
The contributions posted on the platform are intended to be reused by iD CITY and the Université de La Rochelle or by third parties designated by the latter.
The contributors expressly accept that the Université de La Rochelle or third parties designated by it may freely re-use and modify their contributions; as this is an ideation process, the contribution is intended to be discussed, enriched and modified.
The contributors undertake never to claim or oppose to iD CITY and the University of La Rochelle any right of ownership relating to their contributions or to any follow-up that may be given to them. Please note that ideas cannot be protected as such by copyright.

Contributors should only add content related to the theme(s) proposed by the Université de La Rochelle.
Contributors should avoid repeating the same idea several times, otherwise the Université de La Rochelle will delete it. Therefore, before posting a proposal, it is advisable to ensure that a similar idea has not already been posted. If this is the case, the idea should be enriched via comments.
Users can report any ideas or comments that do not comply with the site's user charter so that they can be deleted by the administrator in charge of the Université de La Rochelle site platform.
